  1. About Our Store

TIKITAKA FTG is the official global online store for the Tikitaka FTG brand and its sub-brands.

  1. Product Warranty

We provide a 90-day free repair warranty from the date of purchase. Failures or damage caused by excessive stress, improper use, or modification are not covered. Buttons are covered only for initial defects; normal wear and tear is not included.

We also support Tikitaka FTG products purchased from other sites. In such cases, the warranty period and conditions follow the policies of the store where the product was purchased.

  1. Repairs

Shipping costs for sending and returning repair items are the customer’s responsibility. Repairs outside the warranty period are subject to charges. We also accept repair requests for Tikitaka products purchased from other stores.

  1. Taxes

Customs duties and consumption tax are covered by our store. Customers will not be charged additional taxes.

  1. Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience once payment has been completed. Please carefully review product details before purchasing. Exchanges due to mistaken orders are not accepted.

  1. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the next business day (closed on Sundays and public holidays). For Japan, items are shipped from our Japan warehouse (estimated 2–3 days) or our China warehouse (estimated 5–6 days). For other regions, shipments are made from our China warehouse, with delivery times depending on the destination (approx. 8–20 days).

  1. Returns & Exchanges

If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact customer support within 7 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are only accepted for unopened and unused items. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

  1. Notes on Shipping

If a package is returned due to refusal of acceptance, prolonged absence, or similar reasons, it will be treated as a customer-initiated return. Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping costs and the return fee.
