Refund policy

1.Return Request Period

If we are not contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item, returns cannot be accepted, even in the case of product defects.

2.Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • When the product has an initial defect (manufacturing defect).
  • When the return is due to customer's personal reasons and the product is unopened and unused.

For initial defects, clear photos or videos are required as evidence. Returns for initial defects will not be accepted if the product shows signs of intentional damage, disassembly, or modification.

3.Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of use.
  • Products damaged or soiled due to customer responsibility.
  • Custom-made products (except for cases of serious quality issues caused by the seller).

4.Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact customer service with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the detailed return steps.

5.Shipping Fees and Handling Charges

  • In the case of returns due to customer's personal reasons, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • In the case of returns due to customer's personal reasons, a 5% restocking fee of the product price will be charged.
  • If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item shipment, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

6.Refunds

After the returned item arrives at our location and its condition is confirmed, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will generally be issued via the payment method used for the purchase.

  • For returns due to customer's personal reasons, only the product price will be refunded; the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • For returns due to product defects or incorrect item shipment, a full refund (including the original shipping cost) will be issued.

7.Important Notes

  • Please use a traceable shipping method when returning items.
  • Depending on the specific circumstances of the return, the refund process may sometimes take additional time.
