Rapid Trigger (Magnetic Switch) Calibration Guide

Firmware version: 0.7.12 (Rapid Trigger support, first edition)

[Important] About CH value mapping: The CH value shown in the Web Configurator corresponds to the interface number printed on the HE expansion board minus “1”.

  • Example: if you connect a button to the YA5 port on the expansion board, the setup screen will display CH4.

[Note] About function buttons:

  • The function button at the top right of the J2A is not covered here. Please configure it from the [Terminal Assignment Settings] menu.

  1. Web Configurator entry: While holding the START button, connect to your PC and open http://192.168.7.1 in your browser.
  2. Menu selection: From the top menu “Settings” --> select “hall-effect-config-label”.
  3. Parameter settings: Enter the values for “(total) travel (Travel)” and “trigger (Actuation)”, click “batch apply”, then press the green “save settings” at the top of the screen.
  4. Start calibration: Place the device flat and, without touching the buttons, click “start batch calibration”.
  5. Initial value recording (first 3 seconds): The system records the idle values. During this time, never touch the buttons.
  6. Manual calibration (reading the minimum value):
    • After the first 3 seconds have passed, press the buttons a few at a time (3 recommended) all the way down until they bottom out.
    • Keep them pressed down until the corresponding CH value (character) turns green on the screen (about 1525 seconds). (Note: only the status display during calibration is shown in Chinese.)
    • Once the character turns green, the reading is successful. Move on to the next button.
  7. Done: Once all characters are green, click “完成校准” (calibration complete) to finish.
