Description
A 20-piece key switch set with a choice of Haze, Panda, or Kailh low-profile switches. An order quantity of “1” ships 20 switches of the selected type. Check the switch generation and the socket and keycap stem shapes of the target product before ordering.
Choose by Actuation Point, Travel, and Operating Force
Actuation point is how far a switch must be pressed for an input to register; total travel is the distance it moves when pressed all the way down; operating force is the force needed to press it. Haze, Panda V1 and V2, Ghost, and Improved Wizard switches differ in these specifications.
Choc V1 and V2 Have Different Specifications
Choc V1 red and Choc V2 red switches differ in actuation point, total travel, and operating force. Their keycap stem shapes also differ, so choose by generation.
Click Feel and Internal Ring Differences
Improved Wizard switches produce a click sound when pressed. Island Pink Mini switches have an internal ring that reduces sound on both the press and return.

Compatibility
- Haze switches require a socket and keycaps compatible with the Gateron Low Profile standard.
- Use other switches with a mount compatible with the corresponding Kailh Low Profile standard.
- Choc V1 is designed for dedicated keycaps with 2 insertion pins. It is not compatible with cross-stem keycaps for Choc V2.

Cancellations and changes after payment
After payment is completed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to an order or custom specifications for reasons attributable to the customer. The same policy applies to orders placed in error.
Custom orders
Confirm that the model and options support your customization, then upload the custom data through the attachment field on the product page when placing your order. The order cannot be placed without uploading the data. Follow the current customizer instructions to create and export the data.
Files attached when placing an order cannot be changed later by email.
Returns for reasons attributable to the customer
Unopened and unused items are eligible if you contact us within 7 days after receipt. You are responsible for a return fee of 20% of the product price and for shipping costs. The same terms apply to accidental purchases.
We cannot accept returns for reasons attributable to the customer for used items, items showing signs of use, or customized products.
Initial Defects and Overseas Parts Support
Please contact us within 7 days after receipt with a description of the issue and images or video that show it. For standard products with severe damage that makes the item unusable or a major malfunction, we will ship replacement or repair parts. Defect claims are not eligible for whole-product replacement, returns, or refunds.
For minor issues with standard products, we will ship replacement or repair parts; whole-product replacement, returns, and refunds for defect claims are not available. For customized products, defects of any severity are handled by shipping replacement or repair parts.
If an included replacement part resolves the issue, it is not treated as an initial defect. Minor scratches that do not affect use remain excluded from initial-defect and customer-requested return coverage. For initial defects reported within 7 days after receipt, the store pays shipping for replacement or repair parts.
90-Day Warranty and Overseas Parts Support
The warranty period is 90 days from the purchase date. Covered replacement and repair parts are free. Under the regular warranty, the customer pays shipping for parts. Buttons are covered only for initial defects, and failures caused by modifications are not covered.
Failures reported more than 7 days after receipt are handled by shipping replacement or repair parts under the 90-day warranty, subject to its terms. Returns and refunds for failures are not available.
Shipping
The time before dispatch and the estimated delivery time after dispatch are separate. If a product page states a specific lead time, follow that information.
- Standard products
- After payment is confirmed, we ship on the same day or within 2 business days.
Shipping operations: Monday–Friday (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). - General custom orders
- Allow 7–28 calendar days (about 14 days on average). Timing varies by model and order volume. Delivery time after dispatch is additional.
- Made-to-order products
- For made-to-order products such as Elite and R1A, check the specific lead time on each product page. The estimates for standard products and general custom orders do not apply.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
After dispatch, estimated delivery for international orders is 8–20 days, depending on the destination country. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.
For shipments from the China warehouse, tracking information may take about 4–5 days after dispatch to appear.

Can I use the PS5 version on PC?
The PS5 version works with PC, Switch, Switch 2, PS4, and PS5.
Can I replace the key switches?
On models equipped with Haze switches, you can switch to Kailh key switches by adding separately sold silicone rings to the keycaps. Models equipped with Kailh key switches, such as Panda switches, cannot be fitted with Haze switches.
Are the keycaps compatible?
Keycaps can be used with both Haze and Panda switches.
Can I customize the top panel or button layout?
