Shipping & Delivery Fees

· Shippable Regions

Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France.

· Shipping Time

Normally, orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order is confirmed.
Custom products take 7–20 days to ship, and pre-order items ship on the dates stated on the product page. Due to the shipping location or other reasons, some products may be delayed, so please check the product page details before purchasing.

· Delivery Time

Japan: Products marked as shipped from within Japan are shipped from within Japan. Delivery normally takes 2–3 days.
Products not marked as shipped from within Japan are shipped from our warehouse in China. After shipping, you can check package information by tracking number in 3–4 days, and delivery takes 5–6 days.
* Even if an item is marked as shipped from within Japan, it may go out of stock due to overlapping orders. Although the possibility is very low, in that case it will be shipped from our warehouse in China, so please understand in advance.

Other regions: All are shipped from our warehouse in China. After shipping, you can check package information by tracking number in 3–4 days, and the delivery period is approximately 8–20 days (delivery time varies by country).

Shipping fees are divided into Japan and other regions:

Japan: A flat shipping fee of 880円 applies for delivery within Japan. Note: Customers in the Okinawa area require an additional remote-area shipping fee of 3,000円. Thank you for your understanding.

Other regions: A flat shipping fee of 5,000円 applies for delivery to other regions. In addition, when purchasing only small items such as buttons and key switches, the fee is 2,000円.
